I have a hard time sleeping and staying asleep. I have tried other sleep aids with varying results. I like how this has been working for me when I take it and I don't hate the taste. The powder is pretty easy to mix into warm water and drink. It says to drink two hours before bed, but I get too sleepy to function less than half an hour after I take it, so I usually drink it closer to bed than the bottle recommends. When I take this, I go into a deep sleep that is very similar to the deep sleep I go into after adult activities with a happy ending. Usually, I sleep very lightly and am woken by just about any sounds. With this, I sleep through the night (typically midnight-ish until 5:30am when alarms go off) without waking. After making my partner's breakfast and getting work stuff ready for him, I go back to bed and am out cold until 8am. When I get up, I have mental clarity and am not groggy. This works well for me.
I have a wide variety of different supplements in the cabinet to help me sleep. Since approaching middle-age, it seems sleep is so easily disrupted, and I want to stay as stay as natural as possible so I don't become dependent. This magnesium is a really nice addition to my sleep arsenal. It tastes wonderful, dissolves easily, and doesn't knock me out ~ just eases me into a more relaxed state. Best sleep supplement I’ve tried, and I have tried many. I’ve been taking Synchronicity Sleep Powder for over a week now and it works great. The flavor is a subtle cherry that is refreshing. As other reviews have stated, it can clump together sometimes, but I just mix well in room temperature water, and it dissolves just fine. I like the unique blend of ingredients and they are definitely effective. Since starting this supplement, I finally sleep through the night and rarely wake up. Before I would wake up at least twice a night and have trouble falling back asleep, not with this sleep powder. If you have trouble sleeping through the night, I will highly recommend giving this supplement a shot.
